Tordal Estates Subdivision in Breckenridge
Tordal Estates is located about 6 miles south of Breckenridge in Blue River. This neighborhood has a variety of housing and is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees. Most of the lots are around an acre. The homes all have septic and well systems and all utilities are present. This is the last neighborhood on the left before the switchbacks start up hill to Hoosier Pass.
