Silver Shekel Subdivision in Breckenridge

The Silver Shekel subdivision is located about two miles north of Breckenridge. All of the properties are single family homes. There is a wide variety of styles and sizes. The lots are lightly wooded with spruce and pine and some have terrific mountain views. There are 188 homes and lots in this neighborhood and most of the lots are built out. All utilities are present and each property has city water and sewer.
