Quandary Village and Northstar Subdivisions breckenridge

Quandary Village subdivision is located just past Blue River about 8-9 miles south of downtown Breckenridge. To get there, leave Breckenridge on Highway 9 and go south through Blue River and start your ascent up Hoosier Pass and you will see the subdivision on the right. Most of the lots are heavily wooded with pine, spruce and some aspen trees. Lot sizes are all very close to one half an acre. Some have great mountain views and this subdivision is on well and septic systems. There are a variety of single family housing styles from mountain cabins to large log homes.
