The Liftside Condominiums or Peak 9 Inn in breckenridge
The Liftside condos are in a superb location as part of the Village of Breckenridge and are my favorite condos in Breckenridge. You can walk to town, the ski lift, Maggie pond, and all dining and entertainment. These condos have proved to be a great investment. These units are all studios from with 1 bath and are sized around 400 square feet. The amenities include underground parking, pool, hot tubs, fitness room, massage, restaurants, and entertainment in the resort. These are fantastic condos for a romantic ski vacation due to location and layout of the units.
The exterior of the Village is going to get a face lift for a more lodge like feel and many owners are upgrading their units to a Platinum status rental classification. The buildings are changing their names and the Liftside Condos will become the Peak 9 Inn.
