Hermit Placer townhomes is 12 units with great ski mountain views!  The location is in the Breckenridge town limits and is right next to Carter Park on South High St. This was Breckenridge’s first condo project when these were built in 1963.  These units are occupied by locals and some are used as rentals.  There are hiking trails just steps from the door and the location is excellent.  The townhouse style units have 2 and 3 bedrooms.
