Grandview Condominiums in breckenridge

Grandview Condos are 48 units located off Ski Hill road.  Built in 1982, these units have one and two bedrooms, fireplaces and decks.  The parking is surface parking in the lot.  Some of these condos have fantastic views of downtown and the surrounding mountains.  These units rent well and are occupied by locals and are used as second homes.  The Four O’clock ski run is half a block down the street.  This complex is one of the few that doesn’t allow pets even for owners.
