Four O’Clock Condos in Breckenridge Colorado
The Four O’Clock Condos consists of ski in studios to three bedroom units. The property was built in 1972 and there is surface parking and some units have a garage. The location is excellent as it backs to a greenbelt in the summer and has a mountain stream running between the buildings! Also the four o’clock ski run is out your back door. You can ski into your back door! The units are primarily occupied by second home owners and a few locals. There is city water and sewer and an association that takes care of trash pickup and exterior maintenance. The only downside of this property is there is no hot tub on the property which will affect rental income.
