Farmers Grove Subdivision in Breckenridge

Farmers Grove subdivision is a newer neighborhood with homes build from 2000-2004. The neighborhood consists of single family homes and duplex properties.  The location is between Frisco and Breckenridge near Summit high school.  The roads are paved and are plowed in the winter time.  These units have 2 or 3 bedrooms and average around 1300-1700 sq. ft.  The properties are primarily occupied by locals.  There is city water and sewer and an association that takes care of trash pickup and exterior maintenance.
