Falcon Condo in downtown breckenridge
The Falcon condos consists of 12 units in two separate buildings. The location is south High St. These units are set up like townhouses and the parking is in the front of the building. These homes have nice decks that overlook the historic district and also have ski mountain views. Many of the residents are locals. The neighborhood is close to Carter Park and is serviced by city sewer and city water and all other utilities are available. The roads in the neighborhood are paved and are plowed in the winter time. These units have 2 or 3 bedrooms and average around 1300 sq. ft.
