Fairways Subdivision, a golf community in breckenridge

The Fairways Subdivision is located inside the Highlands subdivision in Breckenridge.  Many of the residents are second home owners mixed with locals.  The neighborhood is single family and high end development near the Breckenridge golf course .  The neighborhood has 37 lots is serviced by city sewer and city water and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the neighborhood are paved and are plowed in the winter time.  Most of these homes have the ultimate in luxury appointments, stylish architecture and very nice views.
