Breckenridge Fairview Homes Subdivision

Fairview Homes subdivision is located to the north of town and about 2 miles to Breckenridge.  The neighborhood is serviced by district sewer and district water and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the neighborhood are paved and are plowed in the winter time.  The neighborhood is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees. The subdivision has single family homes ranging in size from 3000-4000 sq. ft. and some have nice mountain views.
