Crown Subdivision in breckenridge

The Crown subdivision has 73 lots and is located about a mile the south of Breckenridge.  Many of the residents are second home owners mixed with locals.  The neighborhood is serviced by individual wells and septic systems and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the complex are dirt and are plowed in the winter time.  The neighborhood is a mix of smaller to larger homes and the covenants allow fishing rights in the beautiful Tarn Lake.
