Coronet Subdivision in Breckenridge

Coronet subdivision has 37 residential lots in the Blue River area south of Breckenridge.  Many of the residents are second home owners and there are locals that live there also.  The neighborhood is serviced by household wells and septic systems and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the complex are not paved and are plowed in the winter months.  Some of the lots have nice views and the neighborhood is heavily wooded with pine, spruce and aspen trees.
