Columbine Condominiums in downtown breckenridge

Columbine Condos are located at 700 Snowberry Road in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge.  The neighborhood is a condo complex built in 1972 and the units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.   The square footage ranges from 1100 to 1200 sq. ft.  Many of these units have been completely renovated and really look and feel great.  You can walk to the base of Peak 9 and walk to downtown Breckenridge.   Most of the residents are second home owners.  The neighborhood is serviced by city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the complex are paved and are plowed in the winter months.
