Cloud Cap Condominiums in Breckenridge

Cloud Cap Condominiums is located off Boreas Pass Road across the street from the Lodge and Spa and is east of downtown Breckenridge.  The neighborhood is a condo complex built in 1973 and the units have two and three bedrooms and two and three bathrooms.   The square footage ranges from 700 to 960 sq. ft.  Most of the residents are locals.  The neighborhood is serviced by city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.  The roads in the complex are paved and are plowed in the winter months.
