Cimarron Condo

Cimarron condos are located off Park Avenue near the Peak 9 ski area.  The neighborhood is a condo complex with indoor hot tubs and underground parking.  The Blue River and the Riverwalk Center are across the street and you can walk to the ski lifts or take a bus that stops in front of the building.  The neighborhood is serviced by city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.    The roads in the complex are paved and are plowed in the winter months.  A great in town location lets you walk to all entertainment.
