Christie Heights subdivision is located off Ski Hill Road near the Peak 8 ski area.  The neighborhood backs to open space and is comprised of single family luxury homes and is mostly built out.  The neighborhood is serviced by city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.   The town and ski bus stops in front of the subdivision on Ski Hill Road. These homes are sited in beautiful lots with lots of privacy.  The roads in the subdivision are paved and are plowed in the winter months.  This neighborhood is also located near the Nordic Center.
