Breckenridge South Subdivision

Breckenridge South subdivision is located just on the southeast side of Breckenridge very close to the Ice Arena and downtown.  There are 16 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping with a creek running through the neighborhood.  The homes are serviced by city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.   Many of the homes have ski hill views and eastern views of Baldy Mountain.  The roads in the subdivision are paved and are plowed in the winter months.
