Breckenridge Park Estates Subdivision

Breckenridge Park Estates subdivision is located just on the east side of Breckenridge up the hill on Boreas Pass Road.  The neighborhood backs to national forest land.  There are 117 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping to steep lots.  The homes here are on serviced by household wells and septic tanks and all other utilities are available.    Many of the homes have ski hill views and eastern views of Baldy Mountain.  The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
