Breckenridge Mountain Village

Breckenridge Mountain Village subdivision is located just on the south end of French Street in Breckenridge.  There are 37 residential lots and all are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is lightly wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots.  The homes here are on city water and city sewer and all other utilities are available.  The subdivision borders French St. and there is ski bus and city bus service available year around.  The ice arena is walking distance and so is downtown.  Many of the homes have great ski hill views and eastern views of Baldy Mountain.  The roads in the subdivision are paved and are plowed in the winter months.  These homes have association dues that take care of the lawns and snowplowing the driveways.
