Breckenridge Heights Subdivision

Breckenridge Heights subdivision is located to the east side of Breckenridge.  There are 148 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots.  The homes here are on wells and city sewer is available on some lots. All other utilities are available.  Many of the homes have ski hill views and eastern views of Baldy Mountain.  The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
