Boulder Ridge Subdivision in Breckenridge

Boulder Ridge Subdivision is located right next to the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. There are 24 exclusive residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is lightly wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots.  In the winter months you can ski right home!  The homes in the subdivision are on city water and city sewer and all utilities are available.  Many of the homes have ski hill views and eastern views of Baldy Mountain.  The roads in the subdivision are paved and are plowed in the winter months.
