Blue Rock Springs Subdivision in Breckenridge

Blue Rock Springs Subdivision is located in the Blue River area about 2 miles south of Breckenridge.  There are 54 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is lightly wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots.  Some lots back to wetlands and there is a wide variety of wildlife in the area.   This subdivision has fishing rights to the Goose Pasture Tarn Lake.  The homes here are on a well and septic tank systems and all utilities are available. The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
