Bekkedal Subdivision in Breckenridge
Bekkedal subdivision is located about 2 miles north of Breckenridge. There are 64 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes. The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots. The homes here are on a well and septic tank systems and all utilities are available. Most of the lots are around 1.5 acres. The subdivision is very close to the Breckenridge Golf course. The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months. Home prices range from the high $600’s up to about $1.5 million.
