Barton Addition Subdivision in peak 7 breckenridge
Barton Addition Subdivision is located in the Breckenridge area about 2 miles north west of Breckenridge. There are 23 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes. The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots. The homes here are on a well and septic systems and all utilities are available. Barton Addition is one of the ways to get up the mountain to the peak 7 and peak 8 ski areas. The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
