Aspen View Subdivision in Breckenridge

Aspen View subdivision is located in the Blue River area about 4 miles south of Breckenridge.  There are 20 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots.  The homes here are on a well and city sewer and all utilities are available. The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
