Abbetts Addition Subdivision in breckenridge historic district

Abbetts Addition Subdivision is located in the heart of historic Breckenridge.  There are 94 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.   The subdivision is primarily located in town on Ridge, French and Washington Streets.  French street has free bus service that goes to the ski resort and town busses that connect to the Summit Stage county bus system.   The roads in the subdivision are cement and are plowed by the town in the winter months and maintained by the town in the summer.   There is city sewer and city water, sidewalks and streetlights in this part of town.  Downtown Breckenridge is easy walking distance.
