97 Subdivision in Blue river

97 Subdivision is located in the Blue River area about 5 miles south of Breckenridge.  There are 39 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes.  The subdivision feels remote, is heavily wooded and has gently sloping lots.  Most of the trees are pine, spruce and aspen.  The homes here have all utilities available and are on a well and septic tank systems. The roads in the subdivision are not paved and are plowed in the winter months.
