97 South Subdivision is located in the Blue River area about 5 miles south of Breckenridge. There are 11 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes. The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine, spruce and some aspen trees and most lots are gentle sloping lots. The roads in the subdivision are dirt and are plowed in the winter months.
