39 Degrees North Subdivision is located in the Blue River area about 4 miles south of Breckenridge. There are 92 residential lots and most are built out with single family homes. The subdivision is heavily wooded with pine and spruce trees and the topography is gently sloping lots. These homes get the water from a well and utilize septic tank systems and all utilities are available. The roads in the subdivision are unpaved and are plowed in the winter months.
