Summer Fun in Summit County
Wildflowers are everywhere!
The ski resorts and the towns offer a variety of activities for adults and kids during the summer months. In addition to hiking, boating, biking, golfing and camping, here is a list of activities that may interest you.


Breckenridge Ski Resort
Peak 8 Fun Park has fun for the whole family. There's a children's drop-off center with activities for children from 2 months to 3 years old. You can take summer chairlift rides, ride an alpine slide, play mini golf, enter a human maze, climb a climbing wall, and power-trampoline, as well as numerous other activities.
For adults with mountain bikes, take the chairlift to the top of peak 8, with your bike in tow, and enjoy the ride down. For pricing information please call 970-453-5000.
Note: The Peak 8 Fun Park is closed for summer 2008 due to base area improvements. The human maze is open but has moved to the base of the gondola.

Town of Breckenridge
Breckenridge has a visitors center at the corner of Washington Street and Main Street, where you'll find activity guides for your summer fun. Enjoy the Riverwalk Center in Breckenridge! There's also a searchable calendar of events.
Keystone Ski Resort
Keystone Ski Resort offers myriad summer activities including horseback riding, golf, mountain biking, fly fishing, scenic chairlift rides, mini golf, and boating on Keystone lake. Copper Mountain Resort
Copper Mountain Resort offers many activities during the summer months. There's a Copper Mountain Go Pass, which provides you and your family with a range of all-day activities for one low price.
