Breckenridge
For ice skating in Breckenridge check out the Stephen C. West Ice Arena. The arena has 2 NHL-sized ice rinks: An inside rink and an outside rink. The indoor rink is open year-round & includes a lobby, full service pro-shop, skate rental, locker rooms, referee room, a concession stand, and bleacher seating for 475 people. The outdoor rink is open seasonally from mid-September through mid-April. There is access to an indoor warming facility, complete with locker rooms.
The Ice Arena hosts many activities, including daily public skating sessions, learn to skate classes, public hockey sessions, and youth and adult hockey leagues. The hockey teams and competitive figure skaters all practice at the ice arena. Public sessions are held daily. Local hockey teams compete during the winter months.
Public Hockey Sessions

Novices and visitors are welcome! Sticks, helmets, and skates are all available for rental. Come prepared to practice your hockey skills by yourself or with friends. Sorry, no scrimmaging is allowed at these sessions. Helmets are required, and full gear is recommended. The entire rink is open for these sessions, so there's plenty of room to practice! All levels are welcome.

Keystone Ice Skating
Keystone, Colorado
The largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor skating rink (5 full acres) in North America is right here in Keystone's Lakeside Village. Lakeside village is located on highway 6 right before entering the River Run area of Keystone. Parking is available on the other side of the highway and there is an underground tunnel to access the village and the lake.

- Open daily from 10am-10pm, December 14 to mid-March.
- Admission: Adult $10; Student (12 - 17) $8; Child (11 and under) $6.
- Rental: Adult $6; Student (12 - 17) $4; Child (11 and under) $3.
- Free admission with the Adventure Passport.
- Skate sharpening and children's sleds available.
Special Programs
- Kids Glow Bug Skate Night- For the little ones, light up and skate every Monday. Free glow sticks and necklaces are provided.
- Figure Skating Clinics- For adults and kids, the clinics occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-4:45pm. $15 fee, reservations required. Admission and rental fees apply. Minimum age: 4.
- Hockey Clinics- Mondays and Fridays, 4-4:45pm. $15 fee, reservations required. Admission and rental fees apply. Minimum age: 4.

Ice Skating at West Lake
Copper Mountain, Colorado
West Lake is open for ice skating daily from 10:00am-9:00pm.
Skate rentals are available at Chub's on West Lake - $8.00 per session.
